    Greenwood County Clemson Extension

    This class will teach the fundamentals of Pressure Canning and Waterbath Canning, and when to use which method. We will learn safe canning practices, where to find science-based recipes, how to use your canning equipment, and which tools you may need. You will make your own products to take home as you perform hands-on training.
