Welcome to Clemson Home Summer Programs! We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have provided many of the resources you may need below.
Building Access
We staff two area desks on campus 24/7, one on the East side and one on the West. If you have any questions or concerns (lost keys, lockouts and maintenance requests) during your stay, please stop by the front desk and we will be happy to assist you.
College and adult group participants will receive a building access fob programmed to the resident hall to which they are assigned. Only group sponsors/counselors are given building access fobs for youth group buildings.
Summer school residents and fall semester, early arrival students will receive building access programmed on their TigerOne Cards.
Key/Lockouts
Visit the Area Desk if you are locked out of your room or lose/damage your room key. There is a $100 charge for each lost or unreturned key and/or building access fob.
Emergencies, Safety and Security
All residence halls are locked 24/7 for your security. In case of a fire alarm, exit through the stairwells immediately. In case of severe weather, follow any siren warnings or instructions given to you. In the event of a tornado warning, go to an interior space in the basement or the lowest floor of your building and stay away from windows.
Maintenance
Report any maintenance issues to the front desk or call the Housing Summer Programs Office at 864-656-8856.
Trash/Recycling
Individual participants are responsible for the removal of trash from their residence halls or apartments. All trash and recycling should be placed in the large dumpsters and/or recycling containers that are located outside each residence hall and apartment area.
TV and Internet Access
TVs are not provided. If you have questions or need assistance, please visit our website at http://clemson.edu/housing-dining, click the building you are in and view the Community Tech Guide for those specific building details.
Laundry/Vending
Ice machines are not available. Washers, dryers and vending machines are located in most residence halls and in the Commons Buildings in each apartment area.
Dining
Some groups have meals in the campus dining hall, and those group participants are issued a meal card at check-in. Camps and Conferences eat at the Fresh Food Company located in McAlister Hall. If you lose or damage your meal card, please contact your group sponsor.
- All on campus dining locations are currently cashless. Accepted forms of payment are: Meal Swipes (Dining Halls), Paw Points, Tiger Stripe, Credit, Debit.
