Interview Night 2 is the second opportunity for PNMs to participate in KAPi’s formal evaluation process. This event mirrors Interview Night 1, offering candidates a structured and professional setting to share more about themselves. The focus is on moving beyond surface-level conversation to explore each PNM’s values, goals, and communication style, helping us assess their potential fit within our chapter.
Interview Format
Each PNM will complete one 20-minute interview with a panel of brothers.
Panels will be held in two designated rooms and will include:
At least one Vice President of Recruitment or the Chapter President
A member of the Executive Board or Recruitment Team, ensuring fairness and consistency across interviews.
Interview ExperiencePNMs will answer approximately 10 thoughtfully selected questions designed to spark reflection, highlight leadership potential, and evaluate alignment with KAPi’s mission. Afterward, panelists will score each PNM on a 1–10 scale, assessing their responses, professionalism, composure, and overall presence.
Whether you attend on the 24th or the 25th, this is a pivotal step in the recruitment process— an important chance for PNMs to make a lasting impression and for brothers to thoughtfully evaluate each candidate’s potential contribution to our future.
