Interview Night 1 marks the beginning of KAPi’s formal evaluation process, giving PNMs the opportunity to present themselves in a structured and professional environment. Unlike the earlier rounds of casual conversations, this night is designed to dive deeper into each candidate’s values, goals, and communication style, helping us assess their potential fit within the fraternity.
Interview Format
Each PNM will participate in one 20-minute interview with a panel of brothers.
Panels will take place in two designated rooms and will include:
At least one Vice President of Recruitment or the Chapter President
A member of the Executive Board or Recruitment Team, ensuring diverse evaluation and consistency.
Interview ExperiencePNMs will be asked approximately 10 carefully selected questions designed to spark reflection and allow them to share their strengths, leadership potential, and alignment with KAPi’s mission. Panelists will score responses on a 1–10 scale, evaluating content, professionalism, composure, and overall presence.
This night is a pivotal step in the recruitment process— a chance for PNMs to leave a strong impression and for brothers to thoughtfully evaluate how each candidate might contribute to the future of our chapter.
