An open forum organized to gather feedback and address concerns from graduate students regarding the GTG review and application process. This session aims to increase transparency, explain how applications are evaluated, and clarify the steps involved in the award process. This initiative will also encourage more students to apply and help reduce the perception of bias by promoting fairness and openness.The information session will also guide prospective GTG applicants by providing insights into the eligibility criteria and application process. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions about GTG. This time, we are hosting the session online, allowing participants to join via Zoom.
