Graduate Student Government 4th Senate
Join us for the Fourth Senate Session of the Graduate Student Government (GSG) — a key forum where graduate student representatives from across all departments come together to discuss campus initiatives, funding, and advocacy efforts that impact the graduate community at Clemson University.
This session will feature two guest address by Mr. Kimberley Poole, Associate Vice President and Dean of Students at Clemson University, and Dr. Jenny Presgraves, Director of Professional Development and Well-Being in Clemson University’s Graduate School.
Dr. Poole will address this body to share insights on student engagement, leadership, and support initiatives that foster a thriving graduate student experience. A dedicated advocate for student success with a deep commitment to inclusion and community well-being, Dr. Poole brings a wealth of experience in student affairs and institutional leadership to guide collaborative efforts between administration and the graduate student body.
Dr. Presgraves will address this body to share insights on graduate student career development, mentoring, and holistic well-being. As the leader of GRAD 360°, Clemson’s flagship professional development program, Dr. Presgraves designs workshops and mentoring initiatives that empower graduate students and postdoctoral scholars to thrive academically, professionally, and personally, especially through inclusive programs supporting international and underrepresented students.
