Good afternoon everyone! 
 
My name is Margaret and I am one of the presidents of CCA! I hope you all had a lovely winter break. Our first meeting of the semester will be next Wednesday, Feb. 11th at 5:30pm in Lee Hall room g32. I will be going over our PowerPoint and discussing basic information about how Clay Club will be held this semester. There are a few changes since the fall, so I would highly recommend you attend this meeting regardless of if you have been to Clay Club or not!  
 
CCA members only have to pay for the amount of clay they use, with the minimum amount being 5 lbs. Each pound is $3, so in order to participate in Clay Club you will have to pay a minimum of $15. All of the tools are free to use, with the exception of our pottery wheels. We do not have access to throwing this semester, and we will be hand building. I will do a demo each class and I will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. We will start distributing clay at the interest meeting, and you will not receive clay until you’ve paid for it.
