CU Outdoors: First Year Student Trip

The CU Outdoors program is designed for first-year Clemson students and is tailored towards the beginner! While we teach you the ropes on camping, paddling, and hiking, a base level of physical fitness is required. If you’re new to Clemson, this trip is for you! Join CORE on a weekend-long adventure hiking, whitewater rafting, camping, and meeting other freshman! Trip Itinerary: This trip is Friday, September 12th to Sunday, September 14th. All Necessary gear and transportation starting at the Andy Quattlebaum Center for Outdoor Education will be provided by CORE, leaving Friday (approx. 4 pm) and returning Sunday (approx. 4 pm) Trip Rating: Beginner Skill Level, Moderate Physical Difficulty – All skill levels and backgrounds are welcome! What to bring: A packing list and further instructions will be provided by trip leaders prior to the trip. Registration closes: 9/8 at 11:59 pm
