Join us for a special LIVE Coffee with Veterans at The Barnes Center on Cherry Road, across from Hendrix Student Center.
Coffee with Veterans (Tiger Edition) is a three-hour event designed to assist veterans in understanding the employment environment from the point of view of people who do the hiring. For the first hour and a half of each “coffee” session, M&VE Assistant Director Scott W. Cook will give veterans tips on networking, resume building, and other job-hunting skills. For the second half, veterans meet with employers and community leaders and practice what they’ve learned.Aerial Resupply Coffee and light breakfast food will be available as well.
