Remember, the pool/lounge is an amenity, and its availability is not guaranteed under the housing contract. Residents using this area are responsible for notifying Maintenance of repair needs and should not attempt to make any repairs or adjustments themselves. Interruptions or non-availability do not violate the contract terms. Outdoor furnishings should stay where they are.
