If you lose or damage any fixtures, furnishings, or other items in your residential space, you will be charged to replace them.
Do not paint or put wallpaper on the walls or furniture, mount TVs, or make any other changes to your provided space or furniture.
Keep your original University-provided furniture throughout your stay; nothing may be stored, removed, or swapped with other Residents. Anything found to be missing will be charged to you. Residents may bring extra furnishings, but they must be freestanding and stay clear of walls and existing furniture. Waterbeds and any other water-filled furniture are not allowed
