Students who will not be enrolled on campus due to December graduation, Study Abroad, Co-op, withdrawal, or transfer are eligible to cancel their housing by completing the School Related Cancellation Form .
Fall : We will have the School Related Cancellations available in November. when you have secured December graduation, Study Abroad, Co-op, withdrawal, or transfer. Please be sure to mark your personal calendar with a reminder to complete your request in November. There are no fees associated with School Related Cancellations.
Spring : We will have the School Cancellation Form on our website around mid-March. Please be sure to mark your personal calendar with a reminder to complete your request in March. There are no fees associated with School Related Cancellations.
