You are accountable for any damage to University property caused by you or your guests. It’s important to be proactive in addressing conflicts and to seek assistance from University staff when necessary. We do recommend that they get renter’s insurance since the University cannot be held responsible for damage to personal property. Living in a community requires mutual respect and cooperation to ensure a positive and safe environment for everyone.
