Residents are expected to be responsible and keep up with their laundry. Residents are responsible for providing their own laundry detergent/softeners for H.E. machines. To maintain sanitation and safety standards, odor from unclean laundry is unacceptable. To ensure the laundry process runs smoothly, avoid overloading the machines by only filling them halfway and doing multiple loads if needed. Always monitor your clothing, remove your laundry promptly, and respect others’ belongings. Be sure to place laundry tablets directly in the machine and put soap in the dispenser. Change for the washer/dryer is not needed, we now offer limitless laundry in all our residential communities.
