Residents should read and understand the University Housing Contract and Addenda found on the Clemson Home website as well as follow all University policies, the Student Code of Conduct, official University information, and federal and state laws. Additionally, residents must follow all reasonable verbal and written directions and communications from University staff, including all posted signage.
