Lever is considered a Highrise and is part of the Bryan Mall community. It is centrally located near Schilletter dining hall, The Hendrix Center, and Barnes Center. It offers a large community atmosphere in a great location!

Corner Lever Rooms

Lever’s corner rooms feature a layout that differs slightly from standard rooms. In standard rooms, you’ll find the closet and dresser positioned at the end of each bed. However, in corner rooms, the closet and dresser on one side of the room are situated in a small alcove just behind the foot of the bed.

Rooms ending in D4 and B4 will have the dresser and closet recessed on the left side as you enter the room, whereas rooms ending in A4 and C4 will have them on the right side.

A7 C7 Interior Rooms

Rooms ending in A7 or C7 are single “interior rooms” which means they are not on an exterior wall of the building. These rooms are offered at a significant discount when compared to other campus spaces. Check this year’s rates for specifics.

A7 & C7 rooms include wardrobes in addition to the typical furniture listed above. These rooms are a bit smaller than typical rooms in this building.

B7 D7 Interior Rooms

Rooms ending in B7 or D7 are single “interior rooms” which means they are not on an exterior wall of the building and are only offered when additional spaces are required. These rooms are offered at a significant discount when compared to other campus spaces. Check this year’s rates for specifics.

B7 & D7 rooms include a sink and wardrobe in addition to the typical furniture listed above. Their distinctive shape creates unique opportunities for setting up your space as well as some challenges. Outlets are limited, so we do recommend power strips with longer cords to manage electricity needs throughout the room. A power strip with a long power cable will be provided in these rooms to help accommodate for this.

If I have questions once I’ve settled in, who can answer these?

All university housing facilities are staffed with Resident Assistants and a Graduate Community Director. Generally Resident Assistants are undergraduate students living on the floor with total responsibility for that area. Graduate Community Directors are graduate students also residing in the building.

Additionally, each community is staffed with an Community Director. This staff member is a full-time, professional Housing employee.

Alcohol may be possessed and consumed only by persons age 21 and older within their room or apartment. Display of alcohol and alcohol containers is forbidden. Possession of illegal drugs and drug

The only pets permitted in University Housing are fish in up to 10 gallon tanks. Service and Assistance Animals may be permitted on a case-by-case basis when advised by Student Accessibility Services.
