Lever Hall

As a Highrise in the Bryan Mall Community, Lever Hall is the perfect Clemson Home with over 374 students living in the building to create a large community atmosphere. Lever is located right in the middle of everything with Hendrix Student Center, Schilletter Dining Hall, and plenty of retail dining options right next door alongside quick access to the rest of campus. Lever residents have access to a lounge area on the ground floor with space for both studying and recreation.

Notice for 2026-27: Lever Hall will reopen for occupancy for the Fall semester of 2026 as a newly renovated wet-core style hall. Wet-core halls feature clusters of semi-private bathrooms on each floor that include a toilet, sink, and shower behind a full locking door.

If I have questions once I’ve settled in, who can answer these?

All university housing facilities are staffed with Residential Community Mentors (RCMs) and a Graduate Community Director. Generally RCMs are undergraduate students living on the floor with total responsibility for that area. Graduate Community Directors are graduate students also residing in the building.

Additionally, each community is staffed with an Community Director. This staff member is a full-time, professional Housing employee.

The only pets permitted in University Housing are fish in up to 10 gallon tanks. Service and Assistance Animals may be permitted on a case-by-case basis when advised by Student Accessibility Services.
