Check-Out Process
University Housing closes at 5pm on Sun. Nov 29, 2020 for those who have not requested to stay for the rest of fall semester. We strongly encourage students to not return to the campus or surrounding community following Thanksgiving. Staying away will minimize the risk of our students reintroducing the virus into the community after the Thanksgiving holiday and will reduce the likelihood of students needing to be quarantined into the year-end holiday period.
For those who have been approved to stay for the remainder of Fall semester, housing closes for Winter Break at 5 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 12, 2020. Residents may remain on campus throughout final exam week. Residents must depart for Winter Break no later than 5 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 12; residents who are graduating may remain on-campus until 10 a.m. on Fri., Dec. 18.

University Housing staff may enter your room/apartment over the break period to complete inspections. Inspections are for the purpose of assessing the current condition of the space and/or to ensure that all electrical items are unplugged.
