His effect in that assemblage was monumental\, and through the rest of his long political career\, he would take the lead in writing\, ratifying\, implementing\, and laying out one of the two classic approaches to interpreting the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights as well.\nAbout Our Speaker\nKevin R.
