DESCRIPTION:This class is a two-day event. The dates are 9/24 and 9/25 with a start time of 5:30pm.  Rape Aggression Defense\, more commonly known as R.A.D.\, is a national program that teaches women realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. R.A.D combines risk reduction strategies with physical defense for a well-rounded self-defense option to women.
